• Gov.-elect Glenn Youngkin is standing by Andrew Wheeler, his controversial pick for Virginia’s top environmental job. Youngkin said Wheeler is “absolutely the right person for the job” and insisted he “will be on the Glenn Youngkin team.”—VPM
