Dr. Rosie Taylor-Lewis is a doctor of nursing practice, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and director of behavioral health for Blue Ridge Medical Center in Arrington, Va. She serves as the government relations chair for the Lynchburg Region of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.
