Raymond Jackson has been serving as President & Business Agent for ATU Local 689 since 2018. He has been a Metro worker for more than 34 years, having worked in railcare maintenance. Local 689 was established in 1916 and represents more than 15,000 members and retirees performing skilled transportation jobs throughout the greater Washington, D.C. region.
